Danica Hobdens 'It Was Long Ago, It Will Be a Long Time' is a striking exploration of contemporary Australian jazz, blending folk-infused storytelling with dynamic improvisation. Performed by two distinct quartetsone in Sydney, one in Hamburgthis suite of work highlights the textural interplay between guitar, piano, bass, and drums, showcasing Hobdens nuanced approach to composition.

At its core, this work is a celebration of international collaboration, bridging creative communities across continents.
