The Perth International Jazz Festival has demonstrated a high level of sustained growth between 2020 and 2024. Beginning as a 3-day festival that was able to present a festival to live audiences in 2020, the Perth International Jazz Festival has grown into a multi weekend event. The festivals reach positively impacts communities through regional activation, commissioning programs and innovative programming, connecting audiences with the very best jazz music from Australia and around the world. The small and driven team behind the Perth International Jazz Festival have consistently demonstrated dedicated, dynamic artistic leadership. They continue to collaborate with organisations all over the country and have promoted the festival into becoming one of the leading national jazz festivals.
