String Quintet No. 3, Dreaming in the Sand, composed by Robbie James and performed beautifully by the Bentley String Quintet is a superb musical work. For me it really has an Australian feel and really engages the listener in its musical narrative. Personally I found this work very much put me, and I imagine other listeners in the moment - all distractions gone. Love everything about this work - the story, the texture and the melodies. Brilliant!
